In accordance with the provisions of the "Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013" and rules framed
thereunder on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) of Women in the Workplace for Bareilly Smart City, the CEO of the company is hereby
authorized to take the necessary steps to give effect to the above resolution.

The internal audit committee of the company is hereby formed with the following members:
